Baking Philosophy

As the creator of Wildflour Bakes I can safely say I’m not just concerned with baking beautifully crafted tasty vegan cakes & bakes.

Plant based, sustainable and community rooted, Wildflour Bakes has long been a dream of mine. A venture that is committed to ensuring its products bring you the most amount of joy while doing the least amount of harm to the environment, animals and humans.

I hope that Wildflour Bakes reflects a love for the planet and all of its inhabitants.

Vegan, Sustainable & Community Rooted

Our Bakes our 100% VEGAN, 100% of the time. And you don’t even have to be vegan to enjoy them! All ingredients are selected responsibly, focusing on ethical, fresh ingredients & whenever possible, local. We also produce Gluten & nut free items  

Wildflour Bakes products are handmade almost daily & in small batches. We are forever creating new and exciting, amazingly delicious treats!  Make sure you’ve signed up to the newsletter to keep up to date with the newest additions. 

Plastic-free packaging

All the materials in our deliveries are environmentally friendly, sustainable and can be recycled. We do not use plastic or non-recyclable packaging.

We send out our Bakes in recyclable cardboard and compostable biodegradable bags, which can be reused as food bags or thrown on the compost heap

The cellulose bags surrounding your bakes are also plant-based made in the UK from a biodegradable and compostable film. 

Wildflour Bakes is passionate about not only delivering delicious quality vegan bakes but making sure we provide this in a way that is sustainable, environmentally friendly & reduces our impact on the environment.
