Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping to the UK for most items in our online shop. We use Royal Mail for UK wide and customers can select their preferred delivery speed at checkout. Shipping is free for all orders over £25 ( except those that can only be delivered by local courier such as cakes, cupcakes etc)

Item such as cakes, cupcakes and cakes slices are only available to be delivered by local courier and collection, sadly these cannot be sent by post.

We try were possible to ensure bakes are delivered on days requested however unless’ NEXT DAY DELIVERY’ is selected items can arrive later (or earlier) that date selected. 

If your item is in stock and the order is placed before noon, we aim to ship it out the next Postage day and you should receive your delivery within 3 to 5 working days from dispatch within the UK 

 During checkout, simply select your preferred delivery speed.

If ordering multiple boxes to be dispatched on different dates, you must put them through as separate orders for each date. If you select multiple dispatch dates as one order, then all boxes will be dispatched on the earliest dispatch date.

Please make sure the delivery address and postcode are correct so your order can get to you!

All delivery times are estimates only especially during these time when many have experience delays in Postage due to the Pandemic. We cannot guarantee any delivery at any specific date or time unless next day delivery, collection and local courier but aim to get our bakes to you as soon as possible for you to enjoy 

Please make sure someone will be at the address to accept the delivery when being made for larger Bakes
