1.1 Wildflour Bakes is a registered company under the name original wildflour in England and Wales under company number 13106325
1.2. Our site is only intended for use by people residing in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland including the Scottish Highlands and Islands. (Serviced Countries). Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders from individuals outside of these territories via the website. Please contact us via hello@wildflourbakes.com for further assistance.
Agreement
2.1 All orders must be made online on this website and are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
2.2. You must be at least 18 to order
2.3. By placing an order through our Website, you confirm that:
- you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and
- you are at least 18 years old.
- you are resident in one of the Serviced Countries; and
- you are accessing our site from that country
2.4 Acceptance of order and completion of the contract is made once the order is confirmed by us in writing (by email) and payment has been made in full.
Ordering
3.1 If you wish to add to your order, or change the date or time of delivery or collection of your order, then we will accommodate you where possible.
3.2 Making changes to your product (made-to-order cakes) is simple enough depending on the delivery date. If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered please contact us as soon as you can and we will let you know if the change is possible.
3.3 if you notice an error in the Order Confirmation you must notify us as soon as possible by emailing support@wildflourbakes.co.uk
Products
4.1. All products are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply you with your request, we will notify you as soon as possible.
4.2 .Please make sure to thoroughly read our Dietary & Allergen Guide and product information for any allergy concerns before ordering.
4.3 All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.
4.4 Products may vary slightly from their pictures: All our cakes, cupcakes and confectionery products are freshly baked and crafted by hand, each day. There may slight variations from the original website image may occur. The images of all products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.
4.5 Product packaging may vary. We do out best to uploads images of changes in suppliers
Returns Policy
5.1 We do hope that you are satisfied with your order but if upon delivery of items you find that there are not those that your ordered or order is incomplete please reach out to as soon as you can.
5.2 As our Products contain perishable products, you are not entitled to the “normal” right to return goods within 14 days after the day you receive them, simply if you change your mind.
5.3 refunds can only be issued to original credit or debit card / payment method used whilst making the purchase.

6.1 these Terms and Conditions may change at any time. Any such changes will take effect from when they are posted on the website and it is the responsibility of the buyer to read the Terms and Conditions on each occasion that you use this website. Your continued use of the website signifies your acceptance to be bound by the latest Terms and Conditions.
